We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an order, so we’ve created a clear and fair policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Readymade Products
- We offer a 5-day return and exchange facility on all readymade (non-customized) products.
- The 5-day period starts from the date of delivery as confirmed by our courier partner.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Free from any stains, damages, or alterations
- If the product meets the above conditions, we will offer:
- Replacement with the same product
- Exchange for another product of equal value
- Refund as per the payment method used (processing time: 5–7 working days)
2. Personalized / Customized Products
- No returns or exchanges are available on personalized or customized products.
- These items are specially made for you using your design, photo, or text, so they cannot be resold.
- Returns for customized items are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The printing is incorrect compared to your order details
- The product delivered is completely different from what was ordered
- In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- For all returns, exchanges, or damage claims, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
- The video must:
- Show the package from all sides before opening
- Clearly capture the unsealing and the product condition
- Be uncut and unedited
- Without this proof, we will be unable to process your request.
4. Return / Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within the eligible time frame (5 days for readymade items, 48 hours for customized issues).
- Provide your order ID, reason for return/exchange, product photos, and unboxing video.
- Our team will review and approve your request if it meets our policy conditions.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Important Notes
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- A slight color variation (5–10%) due to screen display differences is not considered a defect.
- Sale items, clearance products, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for return or exchange.
