Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a return.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) when requesting a return.

Return Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Once the return is approved, you must ship the product back to us within 3 days.
  4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
