Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Express shipping (if available) takes 2-4 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on select products or for orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on our website).
  • Express shipping charges are higher and depend on your selected delivery speed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your order.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on https://printox.in.

Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made during standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.
  • If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier service will attempt delivery up to two more times before returning the package to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
  • We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on our return policy.

Change of Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order is processed.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
