1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the design or production process has started
  • Once the order is confirmed and design/printing work begins, cancellation will not be possible
  • Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the order status

πŸ”Ή Ready-Made Products

  • Cancellation may be allowed before the product is shipped
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

Printox reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or technical problems. In such cases, a full refund (if paid) will be initiated.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for customized or ready-made products
  • Payments made using prepaid methods or partial COD are non-refundable, except in cases approved by Printox


3. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Product)

Replacement may be provided only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a wrong product

πŸ“Ή Mandatory Condition:

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited opening video must be recorded while opening the package
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package

    • The product condition

    • No cuts, pauses, or editing

❗ Without a proper opening video, replacement requests may not be accepted.


4. Non-Eligible Cases (No Refund / No Replacement)

Replacement or refund will not be provided in cases of:

  • Colour or print variation due to screen vs print difference
  • Customer-provided incorrect details (photo quality, spelling, text, design)
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Delay due to courier issues, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances


5. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Partial COD amount is collected to confirm the order
  • The partial COD amount is non-refundable once the order is processed


6. Processing Time for Approved Cases

  • Approved replacement requests will be processed within a reasonable time
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service
