• International shipping is not available at the moment

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation
• Customized products require additional time for design and printing
• Order processing generally begins within 1–2 working days

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Technical or operational issues

We always prioritize quality and ensure that every order is carefully prepared before dispatch.

4. Shipping Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

• Technical or server-related issues
• Printing or production delays
• Courier service disruptions
• Natural or unforeseen circumstances

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout

6. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Partial COD is available on selected products
• The partial COD amount is collected to confirm the order
• Remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery

7. Delivery Responsibility

• Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete delivery details
• Printox is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service

8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• A clear, continuous, unedited opening video is mandatory for replacement requests
