Printox is a customized gift and printing business based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. We offer both customized and selected ready-made products across India.

2. Products & Services

• We provide customized products (photo frames, printed items, gifts, etc.)
• We also sell limited ready-made products
• Product images shown on the website are for reference only

 

3. Customization & Order Confirmation

• Some order changes may be allowed before order confirmation, depending on the case
• Orders can be cancelled only until the design or production process has not started
• Once the order is processed or design/printing work has begun, cancellation will not be possible

Printox reserves the right to accept or reject modification or cancellation requests.

4. Uploaded Content Responsibility

By uploading photos, images, text, or any other content for customization, you confirm that:

• You have full rights or permission to use the uploaded content
• The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal rights
• Spelling, image quality, clarity, and correctness are the customer’s responsibility

Printox will print or customize products exactly as provided.
We are not responsible for issues related to low-quality images, spelling mistakes, or incorrect content provided by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice
• Payment methods include Prepaid payment via Razorpay and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
• We do not store or process any card or bank details

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver products across India
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to technical issues, server errors, courier delays, or other unavoidable circumstances

We always prioritize quality and ensure every order is processed with care.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Returns and refunds are not available for any products
• In case of a damaged or wrong product, replacement may be provided

Mandatory condition for replacement:

• A clear, continuous, unedited video must be recorded while opening the package
• The video must show the product condition clearly

Without a proper opening video, replacement requests may not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics are the intellectual property of Printox.
Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Printox shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jharkhand, India.
