Image Quality

Print quality depends largely on the files submitted by the customer.

For the best results, customers should upload high-resolution images.

Printox is not responsible for poor print quality caused by:

• Blurry photographs
• Low-resolution images
• Cropped files
• Pixelated artwork
• Incorrect files uploaded by the customer

Design Approval

Before production begins, a design preview is shared for approval.

Customers are requested to carefully verify:

• Names
• Spellings
• Dates
• Images
• Layout
• Product details

Printing starts only after approval has been received.

Changes After Approval

Once the design has been approved, the order enters production.

After production begins:

• Design changes cannot be accepted.
• Product changes cannot be accepted.
• Cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Refund requests cannot be accepted.

Customers are encouraged to review the design carefully before giving approval.

Color Variation

Printed colors may differ slightly from the digital preview because of differences in:

• Mobile screens
• Computer monitors
• Screen brightness
• Printing technology
• Material surface

Minor color differences are expected and are not treated as manufacturing defects.

Minor Design Adjustments

Small adjustments in alignment, spacing, image placement, or sizing may be made during production to achieve the best print quality.

These adjustments are part of the normal production process and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may be updated without prior notice.

The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payments

Printox accepts prepaid orders only.

Payments are processed through secure payment partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available because every product is customized specifically for each customer.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the design process has started.

Once our team begins preparing your design, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

After design approval or production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after design approval.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Replacement

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

A replacement may be provided only if:

• The product is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• A manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• The delivered product does not match the approved design because of our production error.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with a complete unedited unboxing video.
